MADE TO ORDER
PHENOMINU pieces are made to order. Nothing is pre-printed or warehoused. Your order is produced and shipped by our production partner, Apliiq, from their US workshops. Production time is separate from carrier transit time; the current estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout.

DESTINATIONS
Winter 26 launches in Canada first. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY
When your order is handed to the carrier, we send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier delays, weather, address errors and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
