This Privacy Policy explains how Phenominu House of Apparel and Accessories (“PHENOMINU,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit phenominu.com, join our launch list, make a purchase, contact us or otherwise use our services.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with PHENOMINU, we may collect your name, email address, account information, order and transaction details, delivery and billing information, communications with us, marketing preferences, and device or usage information such as browser type, IP address, pages viewed and cookie identifiers. Payment information is processed by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout; PHENOMINU does not receive your complete payment-card number.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the store; process, produce, deliver and support orders; communicate about purchases; manage exchanges, refunds and customer service; prevent fraud and protect the website; improve our products and customer experience; comply with legal obligations; and, where consent is required, provide release announcements and marketing communications.

Waitlist and marketing consent

When you submit your email through a PHENOMINU launch or newsletter form and select the consent checkbox, we record your email address, the consent wording, the date and the source of the signup. We use that information to send launch, early-access and related brand communications. You can unsubscribe from promotional email at any time through the link in the message. Transactional and service communications about an order may still be sent where necessary.

How information is disclosed

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate PHENOMINU, including to Shopify, payment processors, production and fulfilment partners, carriers, technology and security providers, analytics or advertising providers we enable, and professional advisers. These providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights.

Shopify, cookies and analytics

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information in accordance with its own privacy documentation and provides the commerce, checkout, security and infrastructure used by this website. We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, preferences, security, measurement and, where enabled and permitted, advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably required for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
