These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of phenominu.com and purchases from Phenominu House of Apparel and Accessories (“PHENOMINU,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website.

Store use

You may use this website only for lawful shopping and related purposes. You must not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse content, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Products and presentation

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our pieces accurately. Screen settings, photography, production methods and material characteristics can result in minor differences in colour or appearance. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, legal restrictions or inability to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Made-to-order production

Many PHENOMINU pieces are produced after purchase through on-demand production partners. Preparation times vary by product, decoration method, stock availability and order volume. The current production estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout when available. Production and preparation time are separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Available destinations, delivery information, return eligibility, exclusions, return-shipping responsibility and refund handling are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Availability and errors

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions and may update product information, pricing or availability. Where an error materially affects an order, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected item as appropriate.

Intellectual property

The PHENOMINU name, logos, graphics, photographs, text, designs and other website content are owned by or licensed to PHENOMINU and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
